During my 30-year executive career I have worked for many of the leading companies in the UK – the first half of my career in retail and hospitality businesses (Dixons, Safeway and Forte) and the second half in retail financial services (Lloyds Banking Group and TSB).

A qualified Chartered Accountant, my career included roles as Finance Director as well as Chief Operating Officer. I spent over 10 years on the Executive Committees of Lloyds Banking Group’s Retail Bank and TSB.  I have extensive transformation experience, having been at the forefront of many of the UK’s most high profile M&A, IPO, divestments and integrations.

Throughout my career I have been a leader in diversity and inclusion with a track record for championing women in business.

Now, I enjoy being a Coach, Mentor, Advisor, NED and Trustee. I am a Non-Executive Director with Greencore, a major food manufacturer, where I also Chair their Sustainability Committee.

I relax through art – painting with my friends in the Cotswolds – “the Doodlers” – and my family around the world on Zoom.
